These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Annually ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of the Service
Annually is a free, algorithm-based planning application that provides vacation and leave planning suggestions based on user-provided information. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute legal, employment, or professional advice.
No Guarantee / No Binding Effect
Outputs generated by the App are non-binding recommendations. Annually does not guarantee that suggested plans will be approved by employers or comply with workplace policies. Employer rules, local labor laws, and official regulations always prevail.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you provide
- Verifying plans with your employer or relevant authority
- Compliance with applicable laws and internal workplace rules
Algorithmic Disclaimer
The App relies on automated calculations and algorithms. Results depend entirely on user inputs and available public or third-party data. Annually makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Third-Party Data
Public holiday or similar reference data may be obtained from third-party or public sources. Annually shall not be liable for inaccuracies, delays, or subsequent changes in such data.
Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, content, and design elements are the exclusive property of Annually. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. No liability shall arise from service interruptions or feature changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annually shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. As the Service is provided free of charge, total liability shall not exceed zero (0).
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
